Refund and Return Policy

We want return steps to be clear before and after you buy a refurbished printer.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

30-Day Return Window

Most eligible refurbished printer purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned with the included accessories, packaging materials when available, and any documentation that was shipped with the order.

  • The return window starts on the carrier delivery date.
  • Return approval is based on the product condition, timing, and reason for return.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back using the instructions provided by support.

Items That Qualify

Returns may be accepted when the product is complete and has not been misused or altered.

  • The printer should be returned with included cables, trays, manuals, and accessories when supplied.
  • Serial numbers and product identifiers must match the order record.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect supplies, or unauthorized repair may affect eligibility.

Opened Products

Opening the box does not automatically prevent a return. We understand customers may need to inspect or test a refurbished printer after delivery.

Please avoid discarding packing materials until you know the product is working for your setup.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our side or a verified product issue, we will review the shipping arrangement with you.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping on preference-based returns.
  • Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Damage caused by poor return packaging may reduce or prevent a refund.

How to Request a Return

Start the return before sending the product back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

  • Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by support.
  • Partial refunds may apply if parts are missing or the item is returned in a different condition.
  • Refund timing depends on inspection and payment-provider processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your printer arrives damaged or does not work as expected, contact us promptly with photos, packaging details, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and explain the next step.

Items We Cannot Take Back

We may decline returns for items damaged after delivery, items missing important components, products returned outside the allowed window, or products altered after purchase.
